My prediction for UFC 116 Main Card LW bout: Kurt "BATMAN" Pellegrino vs George Sotiropoulos. According to fightmagazine.com's World LW rankings: Pellegrino (16-4) is ranked 8, & Sotiropoulos (12-2) is ranked 3. Pellegrino is coming off a 4 fight WIN streak with a recent Rnd 2 SUBMISSION WIN over Fabricio Camoes @ UFC 111. Sotiropoulos is coming off a 6 fight WIN streak with a recent UNANIMOUS DECISION WIN over Joe Stevenson @ UFC 110. WINNER moves up the UFC LW division ranks closer to Title contention. Sotiropoulos is the first Australian to be considered in title conention in any weight class in UFC history.
